圆形料场堆取料机运行速度设计的匹配研究

摘要: 介绍了堆料机的堆料工艺方式,研究了堆料机工作的时间分配关系,确定了堆料机回转速度,提供了回转大轴承精细化选型的依据,同时分析了堆料俯仰速度的设计原则。同时介绍了取料机的取料工艺方式,分析了取料机回转速度,刮板运行速度和取料俯仰速度之间的匹配关系,确定了取料回转速度,刮板运行速度和取料俯仰速度的匹配设计原则。最后提供了工程应用实例。该研究的方法和思路,能够合理地指导设计,为圆形料场堆取料机精细化设计提供了重要的理论参考。

Abstract: Provide the stacking process of the stacker, and study the time budget during the operating, determine the slewing speed, and provide the meticulous selection for the slew bearing, and also analyze the design principle of the stacker luffing.Provide the reclaiming process of the reclaimer, analyze the matching relationship among the slewing speed ,the scraper operating speed and luffing speed of the reclaimer,determine the matching design principle. Provide the project application. The idea and method of the study can guide the design, and also provide the theoretical reference for the research of the meticulous design for the circular stacker and reclaimer.
